Joe and Louda have been in the food industry for over twenty years. Joe has been in the beef industry for over 12 years and worked for the top two beef companies in the country.
We come from a family of butchers. In 1978, Milouda’s father owned his own butcher shop in Morocco. Her brother currently owns several butcher shops and a cattle ranch in Morocco.
